Lawn Maintenance
Spring Cleanup: A general clean-up of all landscaped areas will occur once in the month of April or May. Winter debris and leaves will be removed from all areas. Mowing: Lawn areas will be mowed weekly or biweekly, as necessary. Blades are sharpened regularly to ensure a fresh, clean cut every time.
Weeding: Weeds will be removed from grass, tree rings, shrubs and flower beds on a weekly basis. These areas may be hand-weeded or chemically treated. Pruning: Bushes and shrubs will be pruned twice a year, typically in late June/early July and in the fall.
Fertilization and Pesticides: All lawn areas may be treated with fertilizer and/or pesticides in accordance with your needs. We will work with you to determine what program is right for your lawn. All fertilizers and pesticides are applied by a certified commercial pesticide applicator, liscenced by the state of Wisconsin.
Fall Cleanup: A general fall cleanup will occur once in late fall, typically in November. All leaves and other debris that have accumulated will be removed and disposed of by Mad City Landscape LLC. |
